Geo On The Go, LLC      was formed in 2006 to provide quality GIS training and services to customers throughout the US. The company is led by Michael Rink - a GIS Analyst and Instructor who has worked with GIS technologies for 23 years.

                             Mike worked in the NC state government’s GIS data clearinghouse
                                    for eight years as a GIS Intern, Technician, and Analyst.  He then
                                    worked at NOAA’s Coastal Services Center for over 10 years as a
                                    GIS Analyst and Instructor where he taught dozens of classes to
                                    hundreds of coastal resource managers throughout the US.

Mike attended Appalachian State University and received his BS in Geography degree in 1987.  He is currently pursuing a Masters in GIS degree through Pennsylvania State University’s online program.  Additionally, Mike is an ESRI-authorized instructor in various ArcGIS courses and is a registered GIS Professional as established by the GIS Certification Institute.
